Whether a broadcast event looks professional or improvised is something the audience notices within seconds. Picture, sound, direction and transmission have to fit together. Afterwards, someone also needs to know where the recording is kept and who is allowed to watch it.
KREATV provides video production for live events from a single source, with one contact person: live streaming production with multi-camera direction, event recording, and audio and video podcasts. Our clients value reliability more than effects. We are based in Germany and work across Europe.
You decide where the data is stored. Podcasts are hosted by a German provider. For video and streaming there are two options: cookie-free on European servers, or via an international platform with more features. We discuss which one suits your organisation before you commission anything.
Four services
Live streaming production
Multi-camera direction, remote guests and transmission in up to three languages. Either cookie-free and hosted in Europe, or with chat, Q&A and registration. The page includes the Live Stream Finder: eleven questions, after which you know which route fits your event.
Event recording and video hosting
We record conferences, meetings, training sessions and board meetings with several cameras and then make the videos available cookie-free and with access protection. No advertising is shown.
Podcast production
Audio podcasts from concept through recording and direction to the final edit. Sound is handled by an experienced sound engineer. Hosting is with a German provider.
Video podcast
Filmed with several cameras, set lighting and studio-quality sound. From one recording we edit the full episode, plus the audio-only version for podcast directories and short clips for your channels.
Your protected event page
A stream needs an address you can send out. In most organisations this is where things stall: IT needs three weeks' notice, the CMS cannot create protected pages, and the event is in ten days.
KREATV sets up this page for you, in your corporate design or neutral, with your texts and password protection. On request, individual groups get their own access. The supervisory board, staff and external guests then watch the same event through separate routes.
After the event, the page stays at the same address with the same protection. The recording then replaces the stream.
We set up the event page whichever platform is used for the broadcast.

Where we work
KREATV is based in Calw in the Northern Black Forest, between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe in south-west Germany. We produce throughout Germany and in neighbouring European countries. Travel is listed as a separate item in the offer.

What exactly does KREATV do?
Live streaming production, event recording with video hosting, podcast production and video podcasts. Multi-camera direction, sound and transmission are handled by one team.
Do you work outside Germany?
Yes, in neighbouring European countries. For specialised productions, distance rarely matters; lead time and the bandwidth on site are what count.
Can we work with you in English?
Yes. The preliminary call, the offer and coordination on site can be in English.
Where is our data stored?
You decide. Podcasts are hosted by a German provider. For video and streaming you choose between a European route without cookies and an international route with more features. We explain the differences beforehand.
Can streams and recordings be protected?
Yes. Streams and recordings can be password-protected, unlisted or public. Different groups of participants can also get separate access.
We need a page for the stream but do not have one. Is that a problem?
No. We set up the event page in your corporate design or neutral, with password protection. We need neither your IT department nor access to your CMS.
In what resolution do you produce?
The programme itself is produced in Full HD, because the vision and sound mixers we use output the programme signal in this resolution. In addition, each camera records a 4K clean feed, its picture without graphics. You can use this material for further videos.
How much does it cost?
That depends on the format. After the preliminary call you receive an offer describing all agreed services; travel and the sound engineer are listed separately. If something is added during preparation, such as more microphones or additional equipment, we discuss it with you and you commission it separately. You only pay for what you have commissioned.
